Purge-messages

Purge messages

You cannot delete an individual message from a Queue. Instead, you can purge all messages to completely clear the contents of the queue.

Granting user permissions to manage messages

Super users can grant permissions to their team members to view and purge messages through our User Access Policy settings. You can grant very fine grained authorization to users like “Scott should only be able to view the messages” whereas “John should be the one able to view & purge, as well as defer messages”. Yes, this is possible with our advanced authorization settings.
