Simple licensing model
We have moved to a new licensing model from the entity count based model. This is mainly to be associated with the recent Azure Service Bus Namespace Separation announced by Microsoft.
There is only one parameter for licensing – how many namespaces you want to manage and monitor? Example: Buy any number of namespaces in each type Messaging / Relay / Event Hub and start managing or monitoring any entity in it.
You don’t need to talk with any sales team person. Simply enter your credit card information and upgrade your ServiceBus360 plan. You can view your account billing history, download PDF invoices, upgrade/downgrade at your convenience. It’s all within your control.
What is a Namespace?
A namespace is a common container for all messaging components. Multiple queues and topics can reside in a single namespace, and namespaces often serve as application containers. There are currently 3 types of namespaces – Messaging, Relay& Event Hub.
You can get started with a lifetime free account that allows you to manage up to 3 namespaces (one in each type). If you want to manage more namespaces, you need to upgrade the Professional plan.
What is an entity?
Any item that you manage in ServiceBus360 (such as Queues, Topics, Relays, and Event Hubs) is called an entity.
Are the existing namespaces supported after the new namespaces separation?
All your namespaces created through classic and new portals will be supported seamlessly. We would advise you to follow the recent Azure Service Bus Namespace Separation announcements.
What is a life time free account?
With the ServiceBus360 lifetime free account, you can get started with a lifetime free account that allows you to manage up to 3 namespaces (one in each type). If you want to manage more namespaces, you need to upgrade to the Professional plan.
New features that are developed will be categorized and be available for Free and Professional plan. Premium features will be classified under Professional plan and will be notified to our customers appropriately.
Do you store my credit card information? How secure is my credit card transaction?
No, ServiceBus360 does not store your credit card information in its databases or Servers. All credit card transactions are handled by our third party payment gateway provider. All credit card transactions are PCI DSS Level 1 Compliant, and taken care of by our payment gateway provider.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes, you can. ServiceBus360 is a pay-as-you-go service so you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel your account at any time. There is no minimum contract for monthly billing.
Annual contracts are to be paid for the year up front and can be cancelled on renewal.
